This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of RUB 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests can check in for free from 14:00 until 22:00. Late check in from 22:00 until 00:00 is available at RUB 1000 surcharge. Late check in after 00:00 is due to RUB 1500 surcharge. Guests are kindly asked to inform the property of their arrival time before 22:00. Guests are kindly asked to inform the property 3 hour prior to picking up the keys. The manager will wait at the arranged time for no longer than 30 minutes. Extra waiting time is subject to 500 RUB surcharge.
