In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of GBP 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that external repairs and redecoration works are scheduled at Pelham Court commencing on Monday 10th January 2022. In order for the works to be completed scaffolding will be erected on the outside of the building lasting for a 20 week period to 27th May 2022.
